DeWalt 20V Cordless Power Tool Review

The new DeWalt 20v Cordless Power Tools are well equipped with better battery life and better ergonomics. One of which is the DeWalt 20v Max Import Driver. This tool when compared with its predecessors has new features and even performs better. The DeWalt 20v Max Import Driver’s length has been cut down by 1/4^th of an inch in comparison with its 18v model.

The core features includes its design is compact (5.55” front to back) and lightweight (2.8lbs) making it of great use in tight areas. The import driver provides an impressive 1,400 inch-pounds of torque getting even the toughest jobs done. One-handed loading is also possible from its 1/4^th inch quick release chuck. The import driver also possesses 3 LED lights with 20 seconds delay after trigger release providing light even in dark areas.

The DeWalt 20V Max Import Driver comes in 2 packages, the DCF885C2 and the DCF885L2. Both tool kits include the DCF885 ¼” impact driver, 30 minutes fast charger, belt hook and the kitbox. The only differences between the 2 are the battery capacities. The DCF885C2 comes with 2 20V MAX Lithium 1.5Ah battery packs while the DCF885L2 comes with 2 20V Max Lithium 3.0Ah battery packs.
